Dallas Tuxedo

Launched on August 22nd 1959 by Dallas Arbiter with electrics by Fenton Weill and scratchplate mounted controls, this is an example of the UK’s first “mass produced” solid electric guitar and a first guitar for Martin Barre of Jethro Tull. A 2 pick-up version was found in John Lennon’s Woolton home in 1996.
